Welcome to Elite+ ("Service"), a soccer performance tracking platform operated by Dior ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Elite+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether on a free or premium subscription basis.

2. Service Description

Elite+ provides a platform for soccer players to:

• Track match statistics and performance metrics
• Log training sessions and monitor progress
• Access AI-powered coaching insights and analysis
• Set goals and track achievements
• Maintain a performance journal

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content and have no obligation to monitor or review it.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Elite+ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any fitness or training advice provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ELITE+ OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
